A new Central Valley Family Health clinic is coming soon to Home Garden! Until then, Central Valley Family Health Mobile Services visits the Home Garden community once a week. The mobile clinic is a 40-foot, self-contained medical clinic on wheels. It has two exam rooms, hydraulic wheel chair lift, waiting room and restroom. Its mobility allows health care professionals to travel to locations where there are few or no medical services available.
Services offered included primary care, immunizations, lab services, physicals, women's health and more. Patients are seen by appointment and on a walk-in basis.
